How much is your delivery fees?
We corporate with local top courier services to deliver our parcels. The top courier services include Poslaju and Skynet for all our domestic delivery. De Cario Sdn. Bhd. promise Free postage with NO additional charge.
All orders will be sent to you during weekday (Mon-Fri) except for Public Holiday by using local courier services.Buyer will receive a confirmation email that containing tracking number. Buyer will receive the parcel within 1-3 working days.
When will I receive my purchase?
We always strive to provide the best delivery of your orders as soon as we can.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Generally, once the goods are ship out customer will receive within 1 to 2 working days. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

Self-collect
You are welcome to collect your order from us, anyway you should get in touch with us for arrangement/appointment prior to pickup.
